RESERVED OR PRIORITY?

we were talking abt the "reserved" seat in the train during lunch time
was asked "is it a reserved or a priority seat?"
"priority" I went
and we all agreed its priority but just tt the older trains has the "reserved" sticker above the seat

not sure did u all notice tt many old folks think tt the seat is RIGHTFULLY theirs
the moment they got onto the train, they will zoom to that particular seat and "stared" at the poor fellow sitting there
and of course, most the time, the poor fellow is sleeping la or suddenly fell asleep
hahaha

okok, not all are like this la
but frankly, majority are I encountered are like tt

anyway this AM
I saw this scene

preggie woman (BIG TUMMY) standing there
and the auntie sitting on the "reserved" seat is busy reading her papers
the lady beside the auntie was sleeping
and the lady beside the sleeping lady is looking left and right
BUT nobody give up their seat to the preggie woman

know how to read the papers but dun understand the pictures pasted above the "reserved" seat
and one of it is to "give up the seat to preggie person"
