11 feb email send out to us asking us to confirm on our availability on 13 mar to attend a session with X
coz of previous bad experience which I did not IMMEDIATELY informed BOSS coz of the unconfirmed venue and tio from BOSS.  this time I immediately send out to inform them all tt I will be attending this session despite the fact tt the venue has not be confirmed too

yesterday, an email was send to us to inform us of the venue
I hesitated whether to send it out or not
but decided not to, as I have informed on 11 feb tt I will be attending this session and therefore to me, the venue is not impt. coz I ALREADY informed tt I will be attending the session mah

and who knows got one shoe polisher send the email as information to boss
and swee lor
with tt, boss send an email to us in her team asking who will be and not be attending

I replied her forwarding the 11 feb email as attachment and said I already informed on 11 feb tt I would be attending
and guess what??!?
she actually replied me "to me, tts only draft arrangement"

I was polite too I replied her "Ok. noted"
but as usual, I was unhappy le mah
so I went to open the 11 feb email and scanned thru the contents to see whether I interpreted wrongly or she thinks she is right abt the "draft arrangement"

the content was to confirm our availability on 13 mar. to state why u cannot attend if u said u are unavailable and end of the email was "date draws nearer details would be given"
SWEE!
so is this so called a "draft arrangement"

perhaps it is
I dun know at least not to me

she just want to "tok" me lor
whether I do or I dun do, also will tio whack de

I only have one thing to say
I did not rebutt her coz I felt tt no use de, she is the boss, she said what also right
but I tell u
even If she realized tt she is wrong, she can dun reply my email de
I also dun need her to reply
but she chose to reply and gave me crappy reasons, I seriously doubt her capability as a boss
coz she wont admit tt she is wrong

and to do BIG things de, the person must be able to admit mistakes and learn from it
if she choose to ignore and think she is right, then nothing more to say le
only I have things to say
which she always reinforced it herself
