i am so happy tt i managed to rent out the two rooms
like i said before, once i rent them out.. i would "throw" and also accept "pay cut"
so NOW, tt i have rented out the rooms
and they r now financing themselves
=D
i can proceed to do what i had planned to do
hope i can carry out my plans
