I WA the tenant and informed her and told her I off le so no worries
but in fact very worries... coz to "warn" her tt I would conduct spotcheck as and when... so BE CAREFUL
but u see. now is easy to pin point the default party.... next time.. when the other group also shift in.. then who??
anyway the last one who uses it would be the culprit lor
