the neighbours have shifted

owner send in a team to reno the place
and when I saw the condition I almost "OMG"
that's the thing abt renting the whole house out right?
really need to close both eyes

for my case, I closed one eye
hahaha
coz I only rented out the rooms
hehehe

anyway the other day I saw the agent brought someone over to look see look see
seemed like its a Chinese family this time round.......

hm.......regardless of who they gg to rent to
hope will be a good neighbour too
