ACTING HEAD

hm........realised i forgotten all abt this issue
senior was asked to temp head the unit till they find someone to take over the HOT SEAT
apparently, she told me tt she very stressed abt it coz she did not think she is up to the standard yet
and she asked me abt my humble opinion

of course i told her what i felt and think but also added in a disclaimer clause
"most impt is whatever we do, we must be happy. if we are unhappy then no good le. take up the challenge and see how it goes."
and so the challenge was being taken up and now she is the head

and then she has her reserve tt ppl might not be "fu" with her so called "promotion"
but to me "heck care lah. really. if they are tt good then why the mgt dun offer them the post?"
anyway, fu or not fu, its still early to say
give her some time to lead and then give ur judgement

frankly speaking, life will never be the same
why?
coz she has this thingy abt "role of the unit. recognition. and wants to be involved in EVERYTHING"
and my style is "i work for what i am paid for. nothing more and nothing less. but of course if u treat me well enough, once awhile will have special from me. and i am the simply bo chap, best is what also no need to do kind of person"
so u see, there will be the "clash of the titans"
and then what will happen??
