TOUCHED AND HANG....ARRGGGHHHHHH

dear's new hdp is giving him problems
it will hang and will not response to the "touch" command
made so much noise abt it
and i was like "wah!! so frustrating and yet u can still use it for 1 week. let's go get them to do a replacement for u."
"can meh?"
"why not? its a faulty phone mah. how can the red shop sells u a faulty hdp? cannot de lor. if they dun change for u then dun renew contract with them le"
"ok. let's go"

and off we went to get it replaced
dear called the help line before we went down
and was told tt within 7 days we can exchange but since ours is 8 days le, we have to check with the shop itself whether they allowed us to exchange
dear told me dun care 7 days or 8 days, as long as they dun changed i will make a lot of noise lor

and then to our suprised!! they allowed us to change
coz the guy in purple mis heard us!!!??
we told him tt the helpdesk said to check with the outlet and he wrote on the slip tt the helpdesk confirmed can exchanged
so the sales staff did not qn us at all
but the guy was playing with the phone and went "but sir, its ok now"
i was abt to give him a good one lor "u mean u got to wait till it really hangs and die then i come? isn't it a bit too late then?"
but he quickly added "i go in and check the stock for u sir"
came back within sec and told us "sir, no more coral pink."
and i went "its ok. whatever colour will do. just get it replaced"
really!! do u think i care abt the colour? the hdp was a gift to dear lor and its giving him trouble!!
and i just simply dun like it!!! pui lor to faulty phone
side track abit, we actually wrote a complain letter to both the red shop and to samsung.........lolz
becoz how can they be selling faulty hdp???!!?? where's the qc!!!???!!?

anyway, dear got his new hdp
he went home and played with it while i am on my ds
and a complain came " hey! like a bit slow to response le"
"so does it hang?"
"no hang"
"dear, as long as it does not hang, i think, just forget it lah. what do u think? and just dun be too fast, give it some time to response"
"hm...ok, let me monitor and see how"
he continued to play with the hdp and i with my game
hahaha

i asked dear after we gotten the exchange
"hey did ur coll laff at u for the coral pink colour?"
"i told them my gf bought the hdp for me. and since my gf loves pink, i took pink colour lor"
aaawwwww!! he so sweet hor..........not sure he got bluff me or not
but i hear already also heart melts lor

whatever it is, i just hope this hdp will not give him any more problem
=))
afterall its a VD gift lor......

and as for mine, well, i checked the trade in value of my exisitng hdp de
only $60 and then pay additional $100 if i want to renew my contract now, so total will be $300 plus lor. not worth it rite? so no choice, wait till contract expires bah.....hopefully by then, still got the hdp............coral pink i dun mind.....hehehe
