TROUBLESOME ??

conversation i overheard this morning between mother and daughter??

M:hey! the XXX gg to look into the long distance buses' routes
D: is it?
M: ya. but they hor, very easy for them to talk
D: ya lor
M: they never think abt the waiting time, the walking distance and time taken to walk from one bus stop to another
D: ya lor. only know how to talk...what abt the iris? also not accurate de. the bus does not come on time.....not just once, most of the time lor....
M: is it? then hor, they should look into if the iris is not accurate, then they should not charge u for the service. coz the buses did not come on time...so why should we be paying
D: ya lor. why should they even charge when the infor is inaccurate.
M: they dun take buses, public tranport, how they know? and so what if got rebates, only few cents... imagine one straight bus from pt A to B is $1.40. then becoz now they decided to shorten the routes, we have to take another bus...so u see, $0.90 from pt A to AA then from pt AA to B is another $0.90 then....total $1.80 and let's say rebate is $0.10 so u paid $1.70 now instead of $1.40....isn't it more exp???
D: ya lor....they never considered this. too bad we dun have a strong opposition....
M: already so tired le. need to alight then wait for another bus....

hm........seriously.......think of it the other way.......shorter routes, less taxing for the bus drivers???
