erm.....so for the above message how would u interpret??

why is the email to XX but YY who is in the cc list wa given the assignment??
shouldn't it be the TO do the work, and CC is just to be kept in the loop???
and therefore, me, interpreted it as "TO: FYI." and "CC: please go do work"

i interpreted as XX and YY will do report E. and 11 will do report Z. XX and YY will be supervised by 33. on top of tt, XX and YY will highlight items to PP by 5th Jan.

i insisted tt its not like tt, coz then why 11 also got message in the mail and so a 3rd opinion was sought with 11. and 11 interpreted the message just like someone.
