early in the AM, a saga begins.......

then the saga continued, but only one sided
then H went to talk to M, asking her to cool it and dun argue over such petty stuff
then M rattled on and on and on
then I was told she teared

then M went to H's cubicle and rattled on and on

she was holding on to the thumbdrive for a week le ( I was told)
so P asked for it back as she wants to use it
and M said she is using it
so P said just saved the stuff into her hard drive and pass it back to her
M told P to borrow from O
but P said dun want (frankly, the thumbdrive is under P's custodian)
and then tts how the saga started

bcoz we are gg to shift next yr mah
so we were told to go paperless
so we need to scan our doc
and then u know la
old birds will have tons of paper than us
but I also have tons la
but I seriously dun care la

office wants to go paperless, then they better give us a solution
and not rush us into a mad dash to scan our doc and go paperless
its too much lor
anyway the issue is not paperless la
its the saga over the thumbdrive

M is not really well liked among the staff, so this saga, she only sets the line deeper b/w herself and the rest
all becoz of principles?
she think she is right and P is wrong
but then, she is always at the losing end lor
she always "gets" herself into trouble with ppl, but she just dun care
coz she thinks she is right
but then by insisting her own way, she always a loner
so I was telling someone so what if she wins, give her win la then what she gain?
nothing lor
she only gets her thumbdrive but she has drifted further from the team

imagine, she can tell the hawker tt "so exp. next time dun eat le"
hawker will tell u" dun eat then dun eat la."
afterall, the hawker has other customers..
she can go buffet and tell the waiter "ur food not nice. i am gg to give u a last chance and try this. u better make sure its nice"

she can ordered the food and the food took a long time to come, she will go and cancel her order and then show us a black face!! DUH, seriously!!
she just have 101 stuff tt u wont be able to think of lor

so anyway, she unhappy mah
so she bang table, files and cabinets lor

and the best thing is BOSS asked me to go talk to her
"WHY ME?" I asked
"coz THEY said u and her good friends"

"she and Y then good friends lor"
"ai ya, i dun care, who and who, u and Y go talk to her. asked her to behave herself in office"

frankly, i dun want to get myself involved in this
i will keep a neutral stand
M is not my good friend lor, only coll
i also kept distance from her, coz i know we dun mixed well, she just too weird for me
but Y is OK with her, she dun mind her and style
but to me, i cannot, sure will fight de
so if will fight, then better dun get close...

dun like to quarrel with ppl who thinks they are right
coz u say 1 word, they returned u 10, and u never win, coz they only think they are right

and i read an article on sat... this staff, got paper de, very good qualification
but becoz she very "detailed", very systematic...everything she does, she planned very well
and when things dun go her way, she will key siao and kick up a fuss
and becoz of this, she dun have "ren yuan" and no matter how well she did her job, she already does not have good record
so she dun get the promotion and all the increment.....so end up, she always have to change job... but every hop she took, its not to a higher position.. its always the same position, ard the same $$$

so hor, morale of the story... work smart not hard
must have "ren yuan" what is "your principles" can eat de bo?
sometimes give sometimes take
dun go head on...for what?
win le, then gain what?
gain scars and injuries lor

too bad
she dun understand such things
so she just continue to make enemies while others make friends lor
