really, i can NEVER, EVER worked well under pressure and stress
i will just crack up and go crazy

what pisses me off is this particular issue:-

day 1 - want to call tender. tell me blah blah blah blah blah blah
day 2 - rush it out for them. tender called. all happy
1 week later - closed. want to call the REAL tender. officer gg on leave, told me will call in like mid feb
one week later after she came back from her leave - tomolo want to call tender. WTF
still i rush it out for her
we had numerous shouting games and answering sessions before we finally agreed on the version and proceed to tidy up the document
pass to boss for signature, one down 2 to go
but the stupiak document dun seemed to get pass boss no. 2
argggghhhh *pull hair*
then officer told me "yah yah yah yah yah" and i was like "hey this is not what we agreed rite?" but its ok, i amend to what she wanted the second round
then hor, the boss no. 1 came into the pic and then said another thingy
and then i was "ACCUSED" of anyhow do
and tt officer also pt her finger at me..........WTF rite?
so i got fed up, i am calling 6 tenders this month, u think i really am octopus meh?
i cannot multi task so many lor
at most 3........
and if u really push me to a corner and wants all 6 out, then i tell u lor, u get the qty and not the quality which is what is happening now!!!

anyway, since i was boiling mad le, u may be asking what did i do rite?
i did nothing lor, i just opened my big mouth and raised my voice and went "hey! this was what U wanted rite? so i just do it according to what u wanted lor. can u guys pls make up ur mind and dun say its my fault. its not mine. i am very fed up now. i am rushing so many things at one time. what u want now u tell me!!!" and tt officer, think she also smart lah, she knew tt i am angry le, so she tried to pacify and said "ya, i know, its not ur fault. the boss lor. keep changing his mind"
and i just rolled eyes at her

really!!
i dun mind, rushing out the docs for any officers. but dun blame me when things go wrong
u wanted like this, i do it for u
but when things go wrong, dun come looking for me. u go answer it urself

likewise for the other tender
officer wanted to do X, and i explained to him "its so cruel to do this. u sure is ok? imagine u dun get paid for doing something until X months later" and he tells me "ok lah. dun worry. can work de" and i said "ok, u said one. but do think abt it. i dun think its very nice" and he yayaya me
well, i have done my due diligence, as far as i am concerned

anyway, ppl started to call him and tell him "wa! like this huh? why huh? cannot like this meh? blah blah blah" and he panic and came looking for me and said now he wants to pay them. and i looked at him and asked him "so now u want to pay or u dun want to pay?" and he can answered me "dun want" then i looked at him and said "since dun want. then nothing to talk le" and he went "but they asked me can or not. so i come ask u lor." and i went "i told u before. u said no problem. its ok. so now u come and ask me?" and then he stared at me and went "ok." and left
few days later, he came running to me with the same question and i looked at him "look here. u said dun want to pay de. and i explained and advised accordingly to what i think it should be. u confidentially told me no problem de. can work de. and now ppl come asking u this and tt, u come and ask me how? i will just asked u, DO U WANT TO PAY NOW? if u want, we issued corri, if not status quo, then nothing to talk le." and he still want to ask and i just raised my voice at him "DO U WANT TO PAY OR NOT? if yes, we talk , if no, then let's not harp over it" and then he said "ok."

first place, u wanted it, i advised against then later kana qn, u dun want to answer it, u looked at me, i think its ridiculous.........waste my time
and in the first place, this project i damn tl lor
it was scheduled to call in dec and i dare not take leave lor
in the end, just called last week

and i esp hate them when they cheong

we actually have 6 weeks to prepare the tender doc before tender calling
they always last min said tomolo want to call or next week want to call

but its ok, i still rush it out for them but after rushing out, if they proceed to call, then its ok
i have some tt after rushing out, dun want to call and wait and wait wait
wait for wtf, i also dun know


why can't this ppl just make up their minds what they REALLY want?

their time is precious so is mine
