BACK TO WORK

went back to work today
and luckily only 150 emails to clear
and most imptly not many emails need my immediate attention
so i just filed them accordingly to the respective project folders and viola! just slightly before lunch time, i cleared my emails
and then started to clear work.
=))

first thing in the morning, i kana for not forwarding her a list of my outstanding work
and i really scratch head lor
i already told pc what to cover for me
and junior j to cover for pc
she claimed tt she dun cared abt "personal favour" and she will only looked for my team members
but this is not "personal favour" lor. i did mentioned to her before
and since she forgot then what can i said?
so i apologised and said i won't do it again
frankly speaking, my fault?

then there was an inccident where boss asked her some thing
and becoz she was not involved in the project, she could not answer
so she again reprimaried me for not forwarding a list of out standing stuff to her
i explained tt when i was still ard this thing was never an issue. so how to report to her as outstanding. so to me its not outstanding work. then she diam diam and said ya at least must tell her
omg!!
tell what in the first place?

is she just trying to create some tension for me when i first get back?
i mean for what?
PROVE WHAT?
its all work lor
and frankly speaking, nobody is indispensable in the office
i am sure and very sure someone else can handle it
but since she wants to fuss abt it
i guess so be it
whatever.......

so again, i apologised
frankly speaking, how will u know its an issue rite?
sigh
if like tt, then i tell u, everytime go on long leave, sure got 101 things to be on the outstanding list and pre empt alot of "outstanding" work

but she does has her rights to be angry de
coz as a head how can u dun know.......???
but frankly, boss did not scold her lor
coz they managed to solve it
