this morning i overheard the conversation between A and B

A: have u found the paper?
B: you very bad hor? u went to complain to C
A: why u like this say? i never complain.
B: i am helping u but u went to complain
A: i did not complain. i just told him. if u take it as a complain then there's nothing i can do
B: you complained. and i am only doing u a favour
A: i did not complained (can hear tt he like damn yuan wang). why must u see it as a complain?
B walked out from her cubicle with her stuff in hand
A followed her, i think he needs the paper
B: anyway, i take it as a complain and i am gg for my meeting now

did he do it? or did she over reacted?
as long as ppl dun go to her directly but go find the bosses, she will take it as "complain" or "by pass" her and she si bey buay siong????!!??
and as for the other one, he straight straight de, dun know how to "3 leg" ppl. so not his fault lor.

thought she did said "we must take feedback positively?"
