AGE FACTOR

this morning, i read in the papers abt ppl complaining tt many co dun like/want to hire older employees
grumble grumble grumble

so i decided to join in the grumble too
u think tt the older u get, the lesser chance of securing a job rite?
then i also want to complain tt even if i looked younger than my age, sigh, i also have problem getting a job
MY FAULT??

i really dun understand leh
its a job
a job is a job
no care whether u old, young, pretty or ugly
its a job

if u too old, ppl dun want
u too young, ppl also dun want
normally the pretty ones will still get a chance.......coz pretty mah, no exp never mind, can train de.
the old and ugly ones, though equip with vast years of experience, sorry lor. everyday see u, can vomit le, so u dun stand a chance....sigh
but is it OUR FAULT?
come on lor, who is the choosy and fussy one here

want to get a job also want to find one which u like lor and want to do
just like employers looking for ppl who can do the work
so why bother whether old, young, pretty or ugly
as long as can work, can perform, why still want to pick and choose
sigh

go exp one, complained asking pay too high
no exp one, asking pay not high but complained very difficult, no experienced de got to coach and teach, but who has the time...........
ever wonder everything comes with a price
u want cheap and good? get foreign talent lor.
then dun come and complain tt old foreign talent wants to do, coz the price u willing to pay only can get u monkeys........

so whose fault huh??
