PROBLEMS OR SOLUTIONS

reported in the papers today
many ex managers/professionals who are out of job currently are settling for jobs in the security line or as a butlers......
hm......talent gone wasted
but who to blame???

nobody wants to employ now
and even if they do, they only want the cheap ones
normally, those with exp will command a higher pay and companies are unwilling to pay MORE citing their asking pays is too high
but then again, think abt it, they are definitely worth every cents
pay peanuts get monkeys
staff who are unhappy with the $$ package will always be on the outlook for better opportunities else where
so why not just pay more and u get to retain the staff and make their stay happier in the company........

then dun complain tt singaporeans choosy and fussy with work, the employers too are fussy and choosy with whom they gg to employ eventually
then they settled for "foreign talents" coz they are more willing to work AT A LOWER COST!!!!
end of the day, is it worth it???
i dun know, i am no boss, but think abt it
u get the exp ones, they help u solve problems, u get the inexp one, they create the problems for u to solve.....................
so which one u want?
