anyway, one day later after the news reported abt the fine thingy
i saw this NTUC girl on a bus, standing next to me, with her headphones on, listening to her fantastic music and munching her sandwich away
there on the bus was a sign NO EaTING/NO DriNKING. and same thing just in case u dun know how to read, the pic paints a thousand words.......
but i think she not only dun know how to read or deduced the meaning from the pic she is also BLIND!!!
