option 1:- although let him live on and then give him special care but tt will mean he will be suffering IN PAIN.....coz he no can eat le....awwwwwwwwwww......
option 2:- put him to long sleep, end his pain but pain in our own hearts lor

eat what u want to eat TODAY
finish the things u need to TODAY
say "i love u" "i hate u" " i miss u" " i am sorry" if u need to say it....just d it!!!
and not say "find one day" or wait till u have cool down from an arguement or quarrel or a fight with ur friends or loved one
coz what if the "one day" no come then how??
