POWER ON

this AM i went to the town council to pay for the conservancy fees!!!
hehehe
ya, a small fee to pay to keep my estate CLEAN??

then i went to buy some wu a bo de before making my way to the new place
i was waiting for the technician to come and power turn on and also water turn on!
and also trying out all the keys given to me and was busy labelling each and every keys
except for one bunch which i really dun know wtf are they for?

now power and water all have... gas have to call de

now can proceed with the reno

i met my new neighbour's mama today
brought a lot of food over for me
coz they having house warming

thing is, she damn frank and honest lor
said my house ugly alot of things must remove
hahaha
then she said u alone stayed in such a big place, WASTED
swee rite
then she said her daughter was the one who bought the unit next door at $460K

agent helped me check, she bought it in april last yr, therefore the price haven shoot up!!!
so i still got a good price
