CLEAN UP OR TIO FINE

there is a new ruling to this particular condo
pets pee pee outside home bounday, owners will be fine...
erm.....why huh???

i mean i can understand if they poo poo but pee pee???
hm....pee pee in the field or on the grass and tio fine???
like a bit unreasonable
u mean the trees or the grass will mati??
i thought its natural fertilizer, bo tio meh??

still its acceptable if the owner clean up lor
like bring a bottle of water and then "flush" the pee pee after tt
i mean its ok rite?
not totally clean but still got a bit clean....

imgaine, if HDB or town council made such a ruling
then there will be many officers out there to "catch" the pets and owners in action
hehehe
$200 per fine...i think soon, they will be rich...flithly rich ok.....
