erm, means hor, u can said tt u no do a good job as a minister so now i want to challnge u for a reply during the election
but to me, u should challenge him for a reply if he did not do much for the residents tt he is in charge of

seriously, being a minister is his day time job....being his MP is he....hm...i can't say his free lance job coz its also impt to him coz he serves us mah....let's just say its his ECA bah
so u should question him on his ECA and not his day time job rite??

i thought we will be casting a vote based on his ECA and not his day time job mah

take for instance, u are a law lectuer and then u contest during the election
then ppl question u "hey why u did not teach ur students properly huh? why the passing rate so low? u did not do this this this or tt tt tt? u not fit to be a law lecturer!! u must give us a reasonable and acceptable explanation today!!! if not, i will ask ppl dun send their children to ur school to study law under u!!"

see my case??? law lecturer is ur job! so why should i bother or care whether u did a good job or not during the election?? i should be very concern abt it EVERY OTHER DAY tio bo? i would have written to the school and or MOE and ask for an explanation, tio bo??

i mean the housing is exp, the youth oly over runs budget, the stadium too over run budgets, why build the casinos, why increase the bus fares mrt fares, taxi fare, etc etc... all these have nothing to do with the ECAs.these do not affect the residents staying in the areas they are in charge of.... residents get events on special days, such as festive season, got CCs outings, got gathering, got free this free tt, shelter walkway, lift upgrading, IUP, market upgrading, etc etc is more impt rite???

even if these issues does affect, its becoz of their DAY JOB and not the ECAs there is nothing they can do.....another grp decide...so they also cannot control mah...they can argue, put up a case, put up a strong fight, end of the day, who is the boss???

its like u did a write up for ur boss, then u think very perfect le. but boss sees le, amend this amend tt, change this change tt, then u go amend then go back to boss and then boss endorsed on it, then send out. swee....all happy....of course maybe inside ur heart damn TL la, what seriously wat can u do? ur hands are tied. even if u tried to reason with ur boss, put up a resistance, so what? if u dun amend, ur boss won't sign then how? paper hang there and then delayed then u tio the shit coz u r the cause of it. u dun want to do, then u can go lor, someone else will glady do it...then u becoz of one paper go against ur pocket meh?? i dun think a smart person will do such a thing lor.

so imagine hor, if everyday every minister got papers to write, then the decision maker disagree and make amendments, then the ministers si bey buay siong, then start to fight everyday, fighting with each other, end of the day, nothing is done, no paper is passed, and we will all be in a mess.........
