BACK ACHE

just now was watching the hk serial "tai ji" on the net
suddenly while on his way to the toilet
dear did a back stunt on me
omg!!
my rite side hurts so much
actually, not his fault coz it was already aching in the afternoon, just tt i did not tell him

and i cried
hahaha
ok ok
i did not cry as in cry
but i shed tears lah
dear looked very apologetic
and i told him "its ok. dun worry"
and he said "sure or not? but u r crying"
i told him "its ok lah, no big deal"
he tried to give me back massage to ease the pain
but frankly speaking, i also dun know what is it lor
and the massage won't work de, i also dun know whats the problem with me
is it the sleeping posture? the seating posture? or i carried heavy stuff and it strained the muscles there? i also dun know
all i know is tt i cannot lay flat on my back coz its very painful
neither can i sleep on both my sides........sigh

the RMC only gave me plasters to stick on the sides
though it souded ridiculous, but it really work
except i dun know why after 1 painless week
why it came back again..........
