this man, A, did some mischief for whatever reason, i dun care
he was caught, brought to justice and then fine $1,200
it was reported that he said "i spend $4K in karaoke what is this $1,200...."

really, if u have that kind of cash to spare why dun donate it to ppl who REALLY needs them
