NEW HDP

dad got himself a new LG hdp

also dun know why he wants to get tt
hm......his existing nokia was still ok wat

anyway, as usual, we have been telling him to get a simple hdp which he KNOWS how to use
dun get those funny funny stuff which he does not know and waste other ppl's time to explain to him.
and its not once, its many many many many, infinity times
coz it does not get into his hard disk
argghhhh
the thought of it makes me want to *pull hair*

but he being him
well, he still got himself a sophiscated one
and he does not know how to use it!!!

came and asked me how to off the hdp
i said i have not used LG phone before so i dun know
and he wants to tell me " but how u off ur phone?"
so i tested him and said "how u off ur nokia phone?"
and he confidently told me "i off it here at the top, but this one dun have"
so i went "precisely, so dun come and ask me how i off my phone. coz the way i off my hdp and the way u off yours, might not be what is for this phone. so please go take out ur menu and read it"
and off he went "guai guai" took out his hdp box and find the manual

he came into the room again and went "how come got a cd de?"
and i went "dun care abt the cd lah. take the book."
i mean, not tt i want to say him, if he dun know how to use the computer, how to operate our house dvd player. then dun bother abt what the cd can do lah... explained already will also be wasting time lor

so i flipped open his book and told him "see this button here. press it and hdp will off le"
and he went to do it and then proudly declared to mum "i know how to off the hdp le"

and as for me
i think i will just go buy a hdp from the 7-11 store bah or maybe check out cheers
no pt paying surcharge for the hdp and moreover i cannot trade in lor
so not worth it
coz get a cheap phone without signing a contract de bah
and then consider what is the next step i want to take
continue with the red service provider (which i think most likely) or change a new one.......but tt will also have to depend on what promotion they have tt attracts me
