the red service provider replied me
said tt less than 12 months renew will pay surcharge, 21 months into contract renew no need to pay surcharge
so he needs to know my details to find out exactly do i or do i not need to pay

i wrote in already told him tt i have checked and was informed i need to pay
so i am writing in to get waiver to pay the surcharge so tt i can get a new handset, renew my existing contract. i dun have a spare handset currently, so i dun have a hdp

not as if, i will die
coz i dun think i am those who cannot live without their hdps
but its really inconvenienent
what if my friends want to look for me??

so i replied him
if the red service provider cannot waive the surcharge, its ok. i can understand its co policy
i just have to review whether i want to sign up with the orange or the green provider lor
no big deal
afterall, to me now, i have no "contract" le
coz i dun have a handset!!!!
so even if i sign up a new one with the orange or the green one
comes sept, i just cancel the red one lor

NO BIG DEAL

just upset tt after so many donkey years with them
so many contracts with them
this is the way they treat loyal customer...........
